While having recently announced Farming Simulator 25, GIANTS Software extends the latest mobile entry of the family-friendly series with brand-new content: Four new machines are added and now available for Farming Simulator 23 on Nintendo Switch, iPhone, iPad, and Android™ devices. The publisher and developer released a trailer for the additions.

The update includes a versatile selection of agricultural equipment. The Case IH Steiger Quadtrac AFS Connect Series provides farmers with a heavy-duty tractor. For vineyards, the ERO Grapeliner Series 7000 harvester and the extra slim Antonio Carraro MACH 4R tractor make it easy to care for planted grape vines. For efficient fertilizer application, the Vervaet Hydro Trike 5x5 adds a self-propelled liquid manure (slurry) processor to the virtual dealership – including the Bomech Trac-Pack to apply the fertilizer on the fields.

New Crop & Machines for Farming Simulator 23: GIANTS Software Releases Free Content Update

Virtual farmers enjoy new content as publisher and developer GIANTS Software delivers the second free update for Farming Simulator 23 on Nintendo Switch™ and mobile devices. A trailer presents the additions to the acclaimed farming game. 

New Crop: Sugarcane! 

Added to the list of well over a dozen crops in Farming Simulator 23, sugarcane yields some specific benefits: It grows back after harvesting without plowing or cultivating necessary. Of course, special equipment is required to plant and harvest sugarcane and is also included in the update.

Specialized Machines

Increasing the existing vehicle list of already more than 100 machines in the game, GIANTS Software adds four more options to the virtual dealership and introduces Australian agricultural manufacturer Gessner to Farming Simulator 23.

GIANTS Software Releases Free Content Update for Farming Simulator 23 on Nintendo Switch & Mobile Devices

Publisher and developer GIANTS Software delivers a free update for Farming Simulator 23 on Nintendo Switch™ and mobile devices receives. Adding the DEUTZ-FAHR 6185 TTV for free together with various improvements and fixes, it’s time for mobile farmers to expand the farming universe on their portable devices. 

Who can resist a Free Tractor? 

Adding to the existing vehicle list of more than 100 machines in Farming Simulator 23, the new DEUTZ-FAHR 6185 TTV is a free addition in the medium-sized tractor category. A wealth of gameplay activities are included in the simulation – lots of them are shown in this official gameplay video trailer.

Users of Farming Simulator 23 have to update their game version, afterward the new tractor is available at the in-game dealership on both maps.

Farming Simulator 23 Now Available on Nintendo Switch & Mobile Devices

A new agricultural era dawns upon Nintendo Switch™ and mobile devices as Farming Simulator 23 is now available. With the successor to the globally acclaimed Farming Simulator 20, publisher and developer GIANTS Software proudly offers virtual farmers new crops, machines, and maps alongside new gameplay features. Complexity Upgrade for Fleet & Features

Agriculture, animal husbandry, and forestry: More than 100 authentically digitized machines from world-renowned manufacturers such as Case IH, CLAAS, DEUTZ-FAHR, Fendt, John Deere, KRONE, Massey Ferguson, New Holland, Valtra & many others let players tackle a variety of relaxing and rewarding activities. The family-friendly experience is located on two new maps, Amberstone and Neubrunn, which change their visuals based on seasons and invite for a stroll with plenty of collectibles.

While grapes, olives, and sorghum are added to the selection of overall 14 crops, new gameplay mechanics include plowing and weeding to extend the options to care for fields, as well as production chains. The latter brings a new level of complexity with the ability to produce valuable goods. One of many examples: players can make flour from harvested wheat, which can be used to bake bread or other delicious pastries at the bakery.

Farming Simulator 23 adds chickens to cows, horses, pigs, and sheep. Not only because of their precious eggs that tie into the new production chains, the Launch Trailer to accompany the release of the game, makes a chicken the protagonist. The trailer shows the rich diversity of limitless, agricultural fun - from the perspective of escaped poultry.

At its core, Farming Simulator 23 creates massive opportunities for an agricultural empire with farming, animal husbandry, and forestry. No farm without animals: Farming Simulator 23 newly adds chickens to cows, horses, pigs, and sheep. Whether breeding, collecting eggs, or riding out on a horse, all these cute animals enrich the farm life.   

Grapes, olives, and sorghum are new among the 14 crops to harvest. Players can also take a stroll and search for collectibles or simply enjoy the seasonal visual changes in the landscapes: There is a lot to explore in Amberstone and Neubrunn, the two unique maps, inspired by environments in the USA and Europe.

Farming Simulator 23 will be released on May 23, 2023. Pre-orders for Farming Simulator 23: Nintendo Switch Edition are available at selected retail stores and the Nintendo eShop.
