New Crop: Sugarcane!
Added to the list of well over a dozen crops in Farming Simulator 23, sugarcane yields some specific benefits: It grows back after harvesting without plowing or cultivating necessary. Of course, special equipment is required to plant and harvest sugarcane and is also included in the update.
Specialized Machines
Increasing the existing vehicle list of already more than 100 machines in the game, GIANTS Software adds four more options to the virtual dealership and introduces Australian agricultural manufacturer Gessner to Farming Simulator 23.

Virtual agriculturists may now respond to a variety of emergencies in Farming Simulator 22: Publisher GIANTS Software releases the Emergency Pack for PC and consoles – free of charge, and presented with a Launch Trailer.
Fire Suppression & Rescue Services
Dispatching two multifunctional fire trucks by Schlingmann and a variety of professional tools, the free Emergency Pack lets players respond to ten emergencies from four different scenarios around the local farmlands. That includes firefighting, mitigation of hazardous & obstructive materials on the road, technical rescue – and saving cats stuck in trees!
Additional scenarios can be created via XML files, allowing the community to create their own missions. If reinforcements are needed, the fire trucks can seat up to nine virtual firefighters and volunteers (if the multi-passenger script of the Kubota Pack is installed).
Authentic Fire Trucks & Specialized Tools
Notified by a virtual pager, responders extinguish rising flames either by hand or from the safety of the fire truck when pallets, containers, bales, or fields catch on fire. They also need to secure the area, when oil is spilled, trees block the road, or a car crash occurs.
To rush to the scene, players operate the authentically digitized HLF20 and TLF3000 fire trucks by German manufacturer Schlingmann. Specialized tools are used to eliminate dangerous materials or obstacles, and cut free passengers trapped in wrecked automobiles. The free Emergency Pack can be downloaded directly from the in-game ModHub.

Just like any automobile enthusiast, farmers know: a garage just can’t be big enough. Developer and publisher GIANTS Software releases a new trailer to provide agricultural machine lovers with a foretaste of what’s to come on November 14th with the Premium Expansion and Premium Edition of Farming Simulator 22.
In the official Garage Trailer, selected machines are highlighted in style, while the company’s video department resuscitated their fondness of electronic freestyle hip-hop of the mid-80s and early 90s.
Plenty of New Brands & Machines
Atop more than 400 machines of the base game, the Premium Expansion adds over 35 new items from newcomer manufacturers Dewulf, Gorenc, Agrio & WIFO, plus even more machines by BEDNAR, Fiat, GRIMME, Kverneland, SaMASZ & others. More Authentic Than Ever
To prepare the fields in Zielonka, the Premium Expansion’s new map, and care for the new crops, GIANTS Software adds a variety of machines to sow, harvest and tend to the soil. Carrots, parsnips, and red beet have special requirements, so rotary hillers like the GRIMME GF 800 to create ridges before sowing, and various harvesting machines like the highlight machine Dewulf ZKIVSE vegetable harvester are required to care for them.
All of them, as usual, are authentically digitized - with even more care applied to moving parts and other mechanical details, resulting in even more realistic machinery. First Farming esports Tournament on UK Soil
While Season 5 of the Farming Simulator League (FSL) continues November 17th & 18th at Agritechnica in Germany, the FSL tournament at LAMMA will mark a premiere: In between overall 600 exhibitors, the expected 35,000 visitors will get the opportunity to witness virtual agriculture in a competitive environment for the first time in the UK.

The Charm of Central European Farming
Zielonka expresses the flair of Germany’s neighbors, drawing inspiration from countries like Poland and the Czech Republic. Not only does Zielonka offer a picturesque landscape around a remote and quaint village, it also has fertile ground to cultivate new vegetable crops.
With carrots, parsnips, and red beet, the Premium Expansion brings the total count of arable crops in Farming Simulator 22 to twenty. New machines and tools like specialized harvesters to handle the additions become available with the expansion, too.
Zielonka – Home of Pianos & Vegetable Exports
Above all, a renowned piano manufacturer is resident alongside other traditional businesses in Zielonka. Farmers may profit heavily from supporting the construction of classical keyboard instruments with this new production chain: By supplying wooden planks, every piano built becomes a source of revenue for the committed farmer.
Focusing on vegetables, the potato production plant produces crispy potato chips, the preserved food factory canned goods, while the beloved soup factory called “Zup, Zup, Zup” specializes in liquid food. All of them reward engaged farmers with increased income for delivering produce. When the crops are harvested, the factories supplied, and the pianos built, players may also look for new collectibles in and around Zielonka.
